• Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming goods.
• Organize and store items in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, reorder points, and stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and package goods for dispatch, ensuring they are securely and correctly labeled.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to track deliveries and manage returns or exchanges.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment as needed.
• Identify and address issues related to stock shortages, overstocking, or damaged goods.
• Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize waste and losses.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key metrics.
• Ensure that all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with business needs.
• Provide support for special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
