1. Manage daily company accounts and handle the full set of accounts.

2. Reconcile sales records and incoming payments from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

3. Record company revenue, expenses, supplier payments, and bank transactions.

4. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.

5. Handle tax-related matters, including filings with LHDN, SST (where applicable), and E-Invoicing.

6. Manage product costing, raw material procurement, and inventory accounting.

7. Assist with payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).

8. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.

1. At least 2 years of relevant accounting work experience.

2. Capable of independently handling a full set of accounts.

3. Familiar with basic Malaysian taxation and accounting systems.

4. Proficient in using Excel, SQL Accounting, or AutoCount.

5. Experience in e-commerce platform accounting is an advantage.

6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete tasks independently.

7. Proficient in communicating in Chinese, English, or Malay.

Preferred: Candidates with accounting experience in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or e-commerce companies.
