Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted sales pitches to introduce products, generate interest, and arrange appointments for sales representatives.
• Explain product details, handle customer inquiries, and accurately capture customer information in the system.
• Continuously refine sales scripts and build strong product knowledge to better engage and target potential customers.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of telesales / customer service experience
• SPM and above
• Have own transportation and able to commute to office @ Bayan lepas
