Account Executive - ERP Software

circa $160,000 base | $320,000 OTE

Hybrid - 3 days in the Singapore office | 2 days WFH

We're working with a well-established global software vendor that is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive in Singapore. With more than 5,000 employees globally, their software is used by millions of customers worldwide, and the business is currently experiencing double-digit growth across APAC. This is a first person on the ground hire for Singapore and you will be responsible for selling into the Asia market (everything outside of Australia and New Zealand).

This is a genuine business development opportunity where you will own the business plan and all opportunities across your territory. You’ll be joining a highly regarded software business with strong reference sites and an excellent reputation in the market - but with significant scope to further develop and grow its presence.

The role will focus on winning new customers and building relationships with mid-market and lower end enterprise organisations across APAC. You’ll be responsible for developing new opportunities from the ground up, while leveraging the company’s existing reference sites, brand reputation and broader partner ecosystem to accelerate growth.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience selling ERP, financial management or enterprise business software
• A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
• Strong new business development skills and the ability to build a territory rather than simply inherit an established book of accounts
• Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• The ability to engage credibly with senior finance, operations, technology and executive stakeholders
• Experience developing opportunities from the ground up and managing the full sales cycle through to close
• Previous experience working for a recognised ERP or enterprise software vendor would be highly regarded
