Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation for tender and project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to resolve design conflicts.
• Support site coordination and provide technical assistance to the Sales team for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Ensure BIM standards and project documentation meet company and project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Building Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience in the construction/building industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, building codes, construction methods, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Experience with industrial or hyperscale data centre projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
