Job Summary

The Administrative Executive ensures operational efficiency by managing facilities, corporate documentation, office procurement, and providing administrative support to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facilities operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment

Oversee corporate documentation governance to ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Coordinate general office procurement to support business needs and maintain inventory levels

Provide administrative support across internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support organizational goals

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff at all levels and external guests to ensure smooth operations

Handle sensitive company documents and confidential employee information with absolute integrity and trustworthiness

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma, Higher Nitec, or GCE 'A' Levels in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to produce and manage documents and reports efficiently

1 to 3 years of administrative or clerical experience, or relevant internship experience for proactive fresh graduates

Prior experience working within an interior design firm, architecture studio, or construction firm is a massive advantage.
