We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, implementation, maintenance and operational support of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

The candidate will be responsible for project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, service delivery, subcontractor coordination and ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Role: Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including implementation, development, deployment and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance and delivery processes.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with MOH stakeholders, technical teams, business analysts and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, project status updates and performance reports.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee service delivery, maintenance and operational support.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing Government IT projects of similar size and complexity is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS implementation, software development or application delivery.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and software deployment processes.
• Experience managing technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS) is an advantage.
