The Quality Checker Inspector is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all gloves produced in the manufacturing facility meet company and regulatory quality standards. This includes inspecting gloves during various stages of production, performing quality tests, identifying defects, and documenting inspection results to maintain product consistency and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Detect defects such as holes, tears, cuts, pinholes, bubbles, lumps, thin coating, uneven coating, contaminations, stains, wrinkles and other appearance defects.

2. Use measuring tools correctly.

3. Immediately separate defective gloves from good products and identify the defect type.

4. Inform IPQC/Production immediately when abnormal or repeated defects are found.

5. Understand applicable sampling requirements and perform inspection according to the defined inspection plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
