Qualifications:

• SPM or equivalent or higher qualification.
• Entry-Level: No experience required, fresh graduates welcome.
• Junior Level: 1-3 years retail experience; fashion knowledge preferred.
• Senior Level: 3+ years experience with strong sales and leadership skills.
• Preferably experience in fashion or apparel; advantage for men's clothing sales experience.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop omni-channel strategy involvement.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock display.
• Support stock management and visual merchandising.
