• SQL Accounting basic knowledge

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in administration or logistics is an advantage.

Administrative Duties

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.

• Maintain and organize company documents and records.

• Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence.

• Manage office supplies and support office operations.

• Assist with data entry and filing.

Logistics Duties

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments.

• Monitor inventory and stock levels.

• Prepare delivery orders, purchase orders, and related documents.

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers.

• Track shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.

• Assist in warehouse and logistics administration.
