Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on purchase requests for operational supplies and services.
Liaise with IDM suppliers on delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
Maintain IDM records, inventory records and coordinate replenishment of office and operational supplies.
Manage cleanroom attire inventory, issuance, stock tracking, and replenishment.
Assist in arranging customer visits, lunches, meetings, and related logistics.
Perform data entry, filing, document control, and report preparation.
Support daily administrative and coordination activities across departments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
Carry out other administrative duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or operations support experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up and time management skills.
Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, electronics, or semiconductor industries will be an added advantage.
Willing to work at East Region, Changi North Crescent.
