SPM/Diploma or above (Automotive or related field preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience as Service Advisor or in automotive service industry

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Computer literate (MS Office / service system)

Valid driving license is required

Willing to work weekends

Based at Bandar Utama , Petaling Jaya

Greet customers warmly upon arrival, actively listen to their concerns regarding vehicle issues, and accurately document service requests in the system.

Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs, ensuring customers understand the scope of work and making informed decisions.

Schedule service appointments efficiently, manage the service bay schedule, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

Maintain open and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any unexpected issues promptly.

Process customer payments accurately, handle invoicing, and ensure all service records are meticulously maintained for future reference and warranty purposes.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products that align with customer needs and vehicle maintenance requirements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving complaints effectively, and fostering loyalty to the dealership.

Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies, service procedures, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
