Core Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Integration Consulting, or Solution Design.
• Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, management, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical solution specifications.
• Solid knowledge of A2A and B2B integration, middleware platforms, messaging standards, SOA concepts, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience developing integration mapping specifications and supporting end-to-end integration solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating workshops and aligning business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, change management, and configuration management.
• Experience in integration implementation, troubleshooting, and Level 3 (L3) production support.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, testers, and global stakeholders in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
