We’re looking for a creative, proactive content creator who understands Gen Z and can turn fresh ideas into engaging content through graphics, videos, and copywriting.
Reporting directly to Marketing Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for our social content—from coming up with ideas and writing captions to creating visuals, producing reels, publishing posts and placing digital ads. If you’re a strong storyteller with a creative eye who can take an idea from concept to final output independently, we’d love to see your work.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Planning & Creation
Manage social media content and the publishing schedule, from ideation to execution, aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Create engaging posts, stories, and reels with compelling copies and consistent branding.
2) Design & Campaign Materials Development
Prepare publication-ready assets in the correct dimensions, formats, and quality for all publicity channels, including websites, social media platforms, eDM, OOH, and event on-site exposure.
Translate raw campaign concepts into clear, visually engaging proposals and pitch decks to support team presentations.
3) Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track content performance and audience engagement, using the findings to improve future content.
Support Meta ad, performance reporting, and other in-house or client projects as required.
4) Trends & Collaboration
Stay on top of Gen Z interests, online conversations, and emerging trends, turning relevant insights into timely, authentic content.
Collaborate with university students, creators, influencers (KOLs/KOCs), and youth organisations to co-create trendy content.
5) Others
Provide additional support and carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Expected Qualifications
1-2 years of content creation experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative ideas, strong writing, and visual storytelling. More experienced with high potential will be considered as Senior Content Creator.
A good understanding of Gen Z culture and social media trends, with sound judgement on what fits a brand.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.
Solid experience in Meta Ads is a definite plus.
Proactive, creative, organised, and responsible, with the confidence to take ownership and collaborate with others.
