Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, explain products and assist with orders.
Arrange and replenish bakery displays, maintaining product presentation and freshness.
Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
Slice and pack bakery products using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
Prepare and serve simple beverages according to outlet standards.
Rotate between service, cashiering, display and beverage stations as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
Check product labels, stock levels and expiry dates, and report shortages or quality concerns.
Handle customer feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Assist with opening, closing and other reasonable duties related to outlet operations.
Requirements
Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, beverage counter service or drink preparation is preferred.
Friendly, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Able to follow food handling procedures and operate equipment safely.
Good communication skills and attention to accuracy when handling orders and payments.
