Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Restructuring:
Assess current-state leadership, governance, and team structures, and co-design future operating models.
Change Management:
Lead company-wide transitions—such as digital transformations, restructuring, or new tech rollouts—to ensure smooth adoption.
Process Optimization:
Streamline internal workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to boost productivity.
Talent & Culture Development:
Implement performance management frameworks, leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Act as a bridge between C-suite executives, department heads, and frontline teams to ensure unified execution.
Budget & Resource Planning:
Oversee departmental or program budgets, headcounts, and resource allocation.
