Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource cum Admin Executive with a specialization in payroll management to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our workforce and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both HR and administrative tasks, with a focus on payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive employee experience.
Handle employee-related administrative tasks, such as ID card issuance and access control.
Work pass administration including work pass Application, Renewal, Cancellation, Exemption, etc.
Coordinate in renewals of Employee Annual Insurance.
Payroll Management:
1. Handle payroll processing, including salary disbursements, deductions, and taxation.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations.
3. Maintain payroll records and compliance with tax and labour regulations.
4. Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, payroll, and administrative roles, preferably related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
