Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Confident in making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining insurance products.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate customer records.

Willingness to learn about insurance products, policies, and sales procedures.

Previous experience in telesales, insurance sales, or telemarketing is an advantage

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and explain insurance products and services.

Explain insurance coverage, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions clearly to potential customers.

Handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in the company's system.

Process customer applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

Comply with the company's sales procedures, customer data protection policies, and applicable insurance regulations.

Participate in product training, sales meetings, and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
