About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Project Cost Management to support our Store Design & Construction team across Valiram's diverse portfolio of international luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, including Cartier, MLB, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Michael Kors, TUMI, TAG Heuer and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, renovation and enhancement of retail spaces while driving cost efficiency, procurement excellence and project governance across our growing brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement, cost management, tender administration and vendor management across retail projects.
• Conduct cost benchmarking, review tender submissions and evaluate quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures and governance requirements.
• Coordinate project administration, operational and financial matters to support smooth project execution.
• Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Support procurement optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group's retail project portfolio.

About you

• Experience in procurement, cost management, tender administration and vendor management.
• Preferably with experience in the retail, construction, interior design or project management industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and cost evaluation skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control and procurement processes.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Management or related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, commercial administration, or project cost management, preferably within retail fit-out or multi-site project environments.
