The Client

• KOS International is partnering with an established luxury brand specialising in menswear, footwear and leather goods, with a focus on craftsmanship, distinctive design and personalised client experiences.

The Job

• Deliver a welcoming, personalised boutique experience and understand each client’s needs and preferences.
• Introduce products confidently, sharing relevant styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s overall performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups, appointments and after-sales service.
• Develop a client portfolio and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock handling, replenishment and store presentation.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain service standards and a positive team environment.
