Summary:

• 5 days, 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.
• Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal documents.
• Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Process staff medical claims.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, personnel files, and organisation charts.
• Coordinate employee training records and training administration.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
• Attend to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organising company events and staff engagement activities.
• Perform other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
