Are you our next Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise?

Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Semiconductor organization RPO account on an initial 6-month contract, as a Sourcing Specialist based in our client's Singapore Office, which will be full onsite working model. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Conduct market mapping and talent research
• Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience recruiting within the technology industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• CEI certification (or willingness to obtain, if required)
