IntelliPro Hiring! Full Time MHE-Forklift Trainer in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a leading provider of material handling and warehouse solutions, supporting businesses with equipment and operational services. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an MHE / Forklift Trainer to deliver operator training, promote safe equipment handling, and coordinate training programmes for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and conduct new operator, refresher, and Train-the-Trainer programmes in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Deliver practical training on material handling equipment (MHE), including proper operation, daily inspections, and basic equipment care.
• Develop and manage operator training programmes, materials, and related offerings.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to arrange training schedules and respond to training requests.
• Prepare training quotations, review training fees, and manage invoicing through the relevant training administration platform.
• Support the promotion of operator training programmes to customers.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, and reports, and issue training certificates and operator licence cards.
• Participate in trainer meetings and liaise with regional or overseas colleagues on updated training materials and approaches.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in delivering training programmes, preferably involving equipment operation or workplace safety.
• Valid forklift or operator licence; relevant Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Confident in delivering practical demonstrations and conducting group training sessions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to coordinate training activities independently.
