• Examples of your work firsthand: your own accounts, brand accounts you manage, or content you've contributed to

• Completely comfortable and expressive in front of the camera

• Strong in writing [English and Bahasa Malaysia]; Mandarin is a bonus for Xiaohongshu and Chinese-speaking content

• Fluent in platform culture — you know why a video succeeded, not just that it went viral

• Organized enough to meet broadcast schedules, flexible enough to drop everything for a trend

• Working knowledge of CapCut and basic photo editing; Meta Business Suite / TikTok analytics is a bonus

• Willing to work outside of office hours occasionally for shoots, events, or live coverage

Social & Community (60%)

• Own the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and [Threads / LinkedIn]

• Write captions, hooks and copy in [English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin] that sound like a human, not a press release

• Plan and post daily content; schedule, publish and monitor performance

• Reply to comments and DMs, manage community sentiment, and escalate customer issues to the right team

• Track trends, sounds, memes and competitor activity 

• Report weekly on reach, engagement, follower growth and top-performing content, with recommendations on what to do more of

• Work with the Short Video Producer, graphic designers and [ops / sales / rider] teams to keep content accurate and on-brand

• Support influencer and KOL collaborations: outreach, briefing, coordination

• Assist on paid social campaigns and boosted posts [if applicable]
