Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Mandarin speaker is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
At least 3 years of experience in retail or branch management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company SOPs.
Monitor staff performance and prepare operational reports.
