Are you looking to build a career in international commodity trading? We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Associate Dairy Trader to join our growing team in Singapore.

In this role, you will support the sourcing, marketing, and trading of physical dairy commodities across international markets. Working alongside experienced traders, you will develop expertise in global dairy markets, customer relationship management, contract execution, market analysis, trade documentation, and regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for international trade who wants to develop into a successful commodity trader. You will gain hands-on exposure to negotiations, global supply chains, market intelligence, and customer engagement while working with suppliers and customers across Asia and beyond.

• Support the buying and selling of physical dairy commodities.
• Assist with customer and supplier relationship management.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and trade documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Assist with import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support the negotiation and execution of international trade contracts.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in commodity trading, international trade, sales, procurement, or the food ingredients industry (fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude are welcome to apply).
• Strong commercial awareness with an interest in international trade and commodity markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, trade documentation, or import/export procedures is an advantage.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
