Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate with management, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimate adjustments.
Conduct negotiations during project execution to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage project scope to achieve objectives and deliverables.
Develop cost-reduction strategies to maximize project value.
Monitor project costs in accordance with building contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with construction regulations.
Perform cost analysis to optimize project value.
Provide professional advice on contractual claims and scope management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
