About The Role

The Allergy and Brain Health Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and profit contribution across an assigned portfolio of allergy and brain health products and services within DKSH's Healthcare business in Malaysia. This role leads the implementation of targeted promotional programs aimed at key specialist communities and plays a pivotal part in building new user adoption, supporting portfolio expansion, and delivering sustainable commercial growth.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive sales and profit contribution across an assigned allergy and brain health product portfolio, including diagnostic testing solutions, immunotherapy products, and brain health screening tools
• Assist the General Manager (GM) and Sales Lead in developing and executing a 3-year promotional program encompassing comprehensive sales strategies and profit contribution plans
• Lead the implementation of promotional activities targeting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including Allergy Specialists, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialists, Paediatricians, Dermatologists, Chest Physicians, Geriatricians, Neurologists, and leading General Practitioners (GPs) at Screening and Wellness Centres
• Coordinate promotional and sales programs with Laboratory and Point-of-Care Testing (PoCT) teams, managing interface and support activities with third-party laboratory partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist the GM and Sales Lead in assessing the clinical, technological, and commercial viability of new allergy and brain health products to support informed portfolio expansion decisions
• Implement structured call planning and quality engagement programs to build new user adoption and grow the specialist customer base effectively
• Share best practices and commercial insights with the broader team to elevate collective performance and accelerate growth
• Support and implement new business initiatives and assignments as directed by management
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience, with preference for experience in pharmaceutical sales and specialist or hospital environments
• Experience in managing allergy and/or neurology products is an added advantage
• Experience in managing patient-named basis products and government procurement systems such as ePerolehan or tender processes is a plus
• Good communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with specialist healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to plan and manage a territory independently
