Job Summary
We are seeking passionate full-time Student Care Teachers to guide and support students’ academic and personal development in a safe, engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and guide students on daily school homework to enhance academic understanding and completion
Maintain order and discipline within the Centre to create a conducive learning environment
Ensure students’ safety and well-being at all times through vigilant monitoring and proactive care
Plan and collaborate with fellow teachers to organize and conduct festive celebrations and holiday activities that engage students
Communicate regularly with parents to report on their child’s academic progress and behavioural development
Provide constructive support and feedback to the supervisor to improve Centre operations and student care quality
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support Centre functions and student needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma, Degree, or A-level Holder
Experience in teaching or student care, including school or tuition settings, is advantageous
Other Information
Full methodical teaching support and all teaching materials provided
Small classroom size with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:16
