Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit).

Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, technical drawings, detailing, and material selection.

Able to independently manage design projects from concept development to project completion.

Experienced in client presentations, project coordination, site supervision, and liaising with contractors and consultants.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Lead the development of detailed 2D architectural drawings and 3D modelsfor bungalow and interior design projects usingAutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Manage interior design projects independently, from concept development and space planning to detailed design and project implementation.

Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design concepts align with client requirements, project specifications, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Review, coordinate, and revise drawings based on client feedback, design updates, and changes throughout the design and construction phases.

Ensure all drawings, designs, and project documentation comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Oversee project documentation, including technical drawings, design proposals, material specifications, and other relevant design documents.

Conduct site inspections and visits to monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the design is implemented according to approved plans and specifications.

Liaise with clients and contractors to address design concerns, provide professional recommendations, and ensure smooth project execution.

Provide guidance and support to junior designers, reviewing their work to maintain design quality and consistency.

Keep up to date with the latest interior design trends, materials, technologies, and software to improve design quality and project efficiency.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the director.
