• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with Top Management.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering and production activities and processes.
• Investigate product quality issues and prepare effective 8D (Eight Disciplines) reports for corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform troubleshooting on machines, die tools and other technical issues to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve the company’s operational and quality objectives.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
