Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales & Business Development professional to drive hotel revenue, expand business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents and event organisers.
• Promote hotel rooms, facilities, packages and event spaces.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and business presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business performance.
• Lead and coordinate sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Good networking and client relationship management abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in corporate sales and hospitality industry is an advantage.
