Job Summary

Manage foreign employee work pass applications and renewals while maintaining accurate HR documentation and supporting administrative functions to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

Process foreign employees’ work pass applications and renewals, including Work Permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes (EP), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Prepare and issue HR-related letters and employment documents accurately and timely

Coordinate dormitory-related matters by liaising with relevant parties to ensure proper accommodation arrangements

Maintain accurate recruitment documents, employee records, and company HR files with proper filing systems

Support office upkeep and perform general administrative duties to maintain a productive work environment

Execute ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned to support team and organizational needs

Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to facilitate HR processes and resolve inquiries

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to manage HR data and documentation

Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking associates using bilingual skills in English and Mandarin for effective communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in the logistics industry to understand sector-specific HR needs

Knowledge of foreign work pass application and renewal requirements to enhance processing accuracy

Positive work attitude with willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing demands

Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and contribute as a cooperative team member
