The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Frontline Duties

• Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries
• Attend to parents', students' and visitors' enquiries at the front desk

2. Admin and Logistical Support

• Assist SAT in filing, collection and printing of documents
• Assist in sending SMS messages via the school handphone
• Assist in handling refreshments for events and meetings
• Assist in administrative matters assigned, including data entry,

by the SAT

3. Printing Support

• Work alongside the printing personnel in the printing of worksheets and examination papers.
• Cover printing duties during the printing personnel's absence or when additional support is required.
• Ensure printed materials are properly sorted, labelled and distributed to the relevant staff or departments.

Reporting Structures and Expectations

The Personnel will report operationally to the Administration Manager. The Personnel is expected to:

• Demonstrate professionalism and a service-oriented disposition
• Engage parents, students and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner
• Uphold confidentiality in handling school and student information
• Collaborate effectively with CSOs and the School Administration Team.
