Responsibilities
- Manage allF&B and day-to-day operations withinbudgeted guidelines and to the higheststandards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and externalcustomerservice
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods andcontinuouslymake necessary improvements
- Identify Customers’ needs and respond proactively toall oftheir concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, trainingandappraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policiesandprocedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture anownershipenvironment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales resultsandproductivity
