Job Responsibilities
Assist riders and driver-partners via walk-in, hotline and email channels
Resolve customer enquiries involving trip disputes, payment issues, account verification and lost-and-found items
Address safety concerns and provide timely customer support
Assist with driver-partner onboarding, vehicle documentation and platform navigation
Requirements
Diploma qualification
Minimum 1–2 years of frontline customer service experience
Strong written communication and email writing skills
Able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
