Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development | Provided Training role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting market expansion efforts. The role includes presenting Spearhead Marketing’s services, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating tailored solutions that align with client objectives. The individual will also participate in training provided by the company, apply learned strategies to enhance outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics is expected.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Client relationship management capabilities, such as stakeholder communication, account nurturing, and follow-up.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for assessing market opportunities and aligning solutions with client needs.
• Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently in meetings or training sessions.
• Adaptability and willingness to participate in and apply provided training to improve performance and outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
