Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide quality occupational therapy services as an effective member of the rehabilitation team.
Assess clients and develop individualised care plans and treatment goals based on their needs.
Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients in inpatient wards.
Plan and implement therapy programmes for clients with dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review clients' progress and discuss treatment plans.
Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers involved in rehabilitation activities.
Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
Participate in training and education for Therapy Assistants, caregivers and rehabilitation team members.
Support occupational therapy-related quality improvement and research projects.
