- Handle inbound, outbound, stock transfer, and RTV/returns administration accurately and promptly.

- Prepare, verify, and process warehouse documents and inventory transactions in the WMS/ERP system.

- Ensure accurate stock records, location updates, and shipment status.

- Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, stock reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and daily operational reports.

- Monitor pending transactions and coordinate with Operations to ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.
