JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine servicing and mechanical repairs on Proton vehicles according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Carry out basic vehicle maintenance, including engine oil changes, tyre rotations, brake pad replacements, and other general servicing tasks.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and quality checks before handing vehicles back to customers.
• Provide accurate labour time estimates and update Service Advisors on repair progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when performing servicing and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SKM Level II, Diploma in Automotive, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and eager to develop technical skills.
• Must have own transportation and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
