About the Role

Rent N Drive is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, manage car rental bookings and support daily operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and comfortable handling sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms.
• Provide information on rental rates, vehicle availability, packages and rental terms.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to secure bookings.
• Manage reservations, booking confirmations, amendments and rental extensions.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and collections with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate customer information, booking records and payment updates.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, computers and basic office applications.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and work effectively with a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or the car rental industry is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
