We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls using our provided database
• Introduce our services to potential clients
• Speak with clients and understand their interest
• Arrange appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with interested clients
• Handle common questions and objections
• Use the provided calling scripts and guidelines
• Keep proper records of calls and appointments
• Meet calling and appointment targets

Requirements

• Telemarketing, telesales, sales calling or appointment-setting experience is required
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle rejection and objections
• Comfortable making a high number of calls
• Positive and willing to learn
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Able to meet sales and appointment targets

Job Type: Part-Time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Working Days: 3 days per week
Working Hours: 4–8 hours per day
Pay: RM10–RM15 per hour
