Responsibilities
Background
Food Angel is a food rescue and food assistance program launched in 2011 by Bo Charity Foundation with the mission of "Waste Not, Hunger Not, With Love". The program rescues edible surplus food from different sectors of the food industry that would otherwise be disposed of as waste. Following strict safety protocols, the rescued food items will then be prepared as nutritious hot meals in our central kitchens and be redistributed to serve the underprivileged communities in Hong Kong.

職位簡介
負責推行「膳食支援服務」,主力推廣長者照護食膳食支援計劃,確保服務使用者獲得適切支援,並推動項目有效及持續發展。此職位適合關心長者福祉、具社區服務熱誠、善於與不同持份者協作的人士加入。
主要職責
具備照護食基本知識,能因應社區及長者需要推行照護食膳食支援計劃,包括規劃膳食支援服務流程、檢視餐單設計及食物質素,確保服務符合長者需要。
策劃、統籌及推行各類社區活動,例如工作坊、烹飪班、講座及推廣活動,以提升公眾對照護食的認識。
與慈善機構、社區夥伴及其他持份者建立合作網絡,推動跨界別協作及資源連結。
定期探訪合作單位及社區,了解服務需要及跟進項目推行情況,確保服務使用者獲得適切支援。
與專業及學術團隊合作進行年度服務評估,分析服務成效,並撰寫服務報告、統計分析及檢討文件。
運用良好的組織及協調能力,支援機構社區服務團隊的日常運作,以及各項社區服務及機構活動。
關注長者福祉及社區需要,持續優化服務內容及提升服務質素。
入職要求
持認可社會工作文憑或以上學歷,並為香港註冊社工。
具良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力。
處事成熟獨立,具良好執行力、溝通技巧及人際關係能力,能與不同持份者建立良好合作關係。
具團隊合作精神,能主動策劃及推動社區項目。
具分析能力,能整理數據及評估服務成效。
具三年或以上相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
具長者服務經驗者優先考慮。
具照護食或相關膳食支援服務經驗者更佳。
熟悉電腦操作及常用辦公室軟件應用。
