Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Functions
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for engineering, technical, and administrative roles.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and conduct orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
Support staff engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Payroll & HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, and personnel files).
Collate payroll data (OT, allowances, deductions) and liaise with the finance/payroll team for timely processing.
Training & Development:
Assist in coordinating training programs, certifications, and tracking training records.
Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in updating HR policies, work permits, and insurance renewals.
2. Administrative Functions
Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for administrative needs.
Document Management:
Handle filing, document preparation, and general correspondence.
Maintain proper records of company licenses, permits, and engineering project documentation.
General Support:
Assist in planning company events, meetings, and other operational activities.
Requirements:
Experience in HR / Admin (preferred).
Strong communication and organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and solve problems
