Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned local and international clients
• Build strong, trusted partnerships by deeply understanding client objectives
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
• Present proposals, strategies, and reports with clarity and confidence
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (Digital, Social, Print)
• Translate client briefs into actionable instructions for creative, technical, and media teams
• Ensure smooth workflow, realistic timelines, and flawless delivery
• Maintain high quality control; strong attention to detail is critical
• Develop digital, content, and social media strategies
• Manage cost estimates, POs, and financial hygiene of projects

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or agency client servicing
• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (social, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, UX basics, eCommerce)
• Solid understanding of paid advertising strategies and platforms
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline daily workflows and generate performance reports
• Proven experience developing and managing integrated digital campaigns
• Hands-on paid media execution experience is an added advantage
• Strong commercial awareness and financial discipline
• Confident presenter with persuasive communication skills
