Role Description This is a full-time, entry-level Sales & Marketing role based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves engaging with customers, presenting products and services, and supporting sales activities to meet individual and team targets. Daily tasks include conducting outreach, participating in marketing campaigns, handling inquiries, and providing clear information to potential and existing customers. The individual will assist in maintaining customer relationships, collecting feedback, and preparing basic reports on sales and marketing performance. The role also includes on-the-job training, collaboration with team members, and adherence to company guidelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with diverse audiences.
• Foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management, including goal-oriented thinking and basic understanding of sales processes.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop new sales and marketing techniques.
• Basic knowledge or interest in marketing principles, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Kuala Lumpur.
• Good organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail when handling customer information and reporting.
