• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Operations Management or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably with experience managing multiple outlets.

• Previous experience in a senior operations management or Head of Operations position will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of multi-outlet F&B operations and daily business processes.

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of sales performance, food cost, wastage and operational expenses.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to review operational data and identify areas for improvement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.

• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing F&B environment.

• Willing to travel between outlets when required.

• Flexible to work outside normal office hours when operational matters require attention.

• Possess own transport is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Overall Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets and ensure smooth business operations.

• Ensure all outlets consistently follow company SOPs, policies and operational standards.

• Monitor outlet performance, identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity and service quality.

• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational checks.

• Ensure outlets maintain proper standards in cleanliness, service, food handling and overall operations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage operation teams.

• Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance.

• Coach, guide and develop outlet management teams to improve leadership and operational capabilities.

• Build a responsible, accountable and collaborative operations team.

SOP & Operational Standards

• Develop, review and improve SOPs and operational procedures.

• Ensure SOPs are properly implemented and followed across all outlets.

• Conduct operational audits and follow up on areas requiring improvement.

• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, Halal and company requirements.

Performance & Cost Management

• Monitor outlet sales, food costs, wastage and other operational expenses.

• Analyze outlet performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor productivity and operational efficiency across outlets.

• Implement appropriate cost-control and wastage-reduction measures.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with Kitchen, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.

• Ensure operational requirements are clearly communicated and followed through.

• Resolve cross-department operational issues effectively and in a timely manner.
