Role Summary

The Production Technician performs day-to-day operational tasks on the production floor, including equipment operation, parts cleaning/processing, quality checks, and adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols. This role ensures products and processes meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

       Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

       Perform parts cleaning, inspection, and handling in line with cleanroom/process requirements

       Conduct in-process quality checks and record data accurately

       Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)

       Report equipment issues, defects, or deviations to the Process Engineer/Supervisor promptly

       Support routine equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules

       Participate in training sessions on safety, quality, and process updates

       Maintain accurate production and quality records/logs

Requirements

       Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent technical certification

       Prior experience in a manufacturing, cleanroom, or semiconductor environment preferred (not mandatory for entry-level)

       Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures

       Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle equipment/parts

       Basic literacy in English for reading SOPs and completing records
