Job description:

We are looking for a dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations in a campus café. This role is ideal for someone who can work efficiently during busy periods and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation (cutting, prepping ingredients, simple cooking)
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, equipment, and ensure proper storage
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock arrangement and ingredient handling
• Take instructions from supervisor/chef and work as a team

Requirements:

• No experience required (training provided), but F&B experience is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Good attitude, willing to learn, and team player
• Basic hygiene awareness
