Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Answer inbound calls related to customer inquiries or complaints
- Cross-sell services, for example, convincing prepaid customers to upgrade to a post-paid plan.
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: RM 2,000
- RNR Allowance: Up to RM500
- Shift Allowance: Flat Rate of RM 10 for shifts after 10 PM.
- Incentives: Additional earnings based on cross-selling performance.
- Up-selling Commission: Up to RM 1,000, based on performance.
* * PM Shifts:*
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
